Certified document translation starts at SGD 40 per page. Certification, the translator's declaration and standard delivery are included in that figure — not added afterwards. Below is every rate we charge, including notarisation, legalisation and urgent turnaround.
We quote per page, not per word, because Singapore authorities accept documents page by page and a word count tells you nothing useful about a birth certificate.
A one-page civil certificate and a twelve-page court judgment are different jobs. Legal and financial documents carry a higher base rate because they need specialist reviewers.
Chinese, Malay and Tamil into English sit at the base rate. Rare pairs such as Sinhala, Khmer, Dari or Mongolian are quoted individually based on translator availability.
24–48 hours is standard and costs nothing extra. Same-day delivery adds SGD 20 per document and is confirmed only when a translator is genuinely free to take it.
Company certification is included free. Notarisation by a Notary Public and legalisation by the Singapore Academy of Law are separate statutory fees, listed below at cost.
All rates are per page, in Singapore dollars, and include certification, the company stamp, the translator's signed declaration and a PDF copy by email.

A page means one side of a standard A4 document. Certificates with dense reverse-side content, heavy tabular data or extensive handwritten annotation may count as more than one page — if that applies to your document, we say so in the quote, before you agree to anything.
Notarisation and legalisation are statutory fees set by the Notary Public and the Singapore Academy of Law. We pass them through without a markup and show you the receipt.

Notary and Academy of Law fees are third-party statutory charges and can be revised by those bodies. The figure in your written quote is the figure current on the day we quote it.
Discounts apply automatically once the document count is confirmed. They stack across a single submission — a family filing six certificates together gets the same tier as a company would.

Account terms, monthly invoicing, NDA
Corporate accounts can add monthly invoicing, a dedicated account manager, an NDA covering all files, and a maintained terminology list so wording stays identical across every batch. See corporate document translation.
Many agencies quote a low per-page figure and then bill certification, stamping and delivery separately. Here is exactly what sits inside our number and what does not.
Nothing on this list is ever applied without your written approval first.
Send the document and we confirm the page count, the exact price, the delivery date and whether notarisation is actually required for your submission. Most quotes go out within 15 minutes during business hours.

Yes. Once you approve a written quote, that figure is what you pay. If we open the file and find it runs to more pages than the sample suggested, we come back to you with a revised figure and wait for approval — we never proceed and bill the difference afterwards.
Because Singapore authorities accept documents by the page and certify them by the page. A birth certificate might carry 90 words, but it still needs full formatting, a certification block and a reviewer. Per-page pricing means you can work out the cost before sending anything.
Payment is made after you approve the quote and before the certified file is released. Corporate accounts with monthly invoicing are settled on agreed terms instead. We accept PayNow, bank transfer and major credit cards.
For ICA, MOM, IRAS, ACRA and HDB submissions inside Singapore, certification is normally enough and notarisation is not required. Notarisation and legalisation typically come up when a document is going to a foreign government or embassy. Tell us where you are submitting and we will confirm which level applies rather than selling you the higher one.
No. A single one-page certificate is a normal job for us and is charged at the published rate. There is no minimum spend and no setup fee.
If a submission is rejected because of an error on our side, we re-translate and re-certify at no charge and move it to the front of the queue. Rejections caused by the underlying document itself — a missing original, an expired certificate — sit outside what a translation can fix, and we will tell you if we spot that risk while quoting.
Send the document, get a fixed figure and a firm delivery date. Nothing is charged until you say yes in writing.
